Our Story
We are a group of moms and practitioners who came together with a shared vision: to create a community center that supports women through the major transitions of life—puberty, pregnancy, and menopause. Drawing from both our personal experiences and professional backgrounds, we set out to build a welcoming space rooted in care, connection, and empowerment. Our goal is to offer education, resources, and a strong support network for women navigating these powerful stages. While our focus is on women’s unique health journeys, we warmly welcome anyone who supports and uplifts them.
Meet the Founders
Trish Mazure
Trish is a co-founder and proud to be WUUM’s resident gardener. She’s been planting gardens throughout Los Angeles for the past fifteen years. Her focus is bringing women together to create community through empowering education and collaborations, encouraging women to flourish, blossom, bloom, and expand.
She is endlessly inspired by the intelligence and generosity of nature and exited to share what she’s learned. Trish will be teaching a variety of classes on the subject, including how to grow chamomile, what is a mushroom, how to propagate house plants, the symbiotic relationship of California natives with pollinators and the benefits of herbal teas.
A core belief is that nature is abundant and endlessly expressive and we are nature. She enjoys camping with her sweet family and new puppy named Nova.
Kimberly Mills, IBCLC
Kimmy is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. She supports mothers on their feeding journeys, from prenatal through weaning. Kimmy helps mothers navigate the challenges of breastfeeding as well as find the joy and magic in their breastfeeding experience. She works with mothers to quiet the outside noise and tune into themselves, their babies, and their inner knowing.
In addition to working as a lactation consultant, Kimmy is certified in infant bodywork. She is also on the Board of the Milky Way Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to normalizing and uplifting breastfeeding in the US. She is proud to be a co-founder of WUUM and to help create a community in LA that moms and women are eagerly seeking.
When she isn’t holding mamas and babies, you’ll find Kimmy at the beach, running her two kids back and forth to their activities, enjoying time with friends and family, or at Trader Joes.
Neha Shah, MPT, CYT
Neha is an orthopedic-trained physical therapist with over 20 years of experience specializing in women’s health and pelvic floor care. Her approach blends clinical expertise with compassionate care to support women in reconnecting with their bodies and reclaiming their well-being.
At WUUM LA in Santa Monica, Neha works with women navigating pelvic pain, bowel and bladder dysfunction, and sexual health concerns. She also provides expert support through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and the transition into menopause.

Outside the clinic, Neha finds balance in nature—watching sunsets, tending to her vegetable garden and cooking for the people she loves.
